You don't have to carry this alone

Hi, I'm Becky

My son, Baby Kevin, passed away shortly after he was born, and years later, I lost my dad to cancer. I understand the incessant pain that follows the loss of someone you love. The sleepless nights, the painful triggers of emotion that often come out of nowhere. and the constant wondering: will I ever feel better?

Grief doesn't follow a straight line, and healing doesn't happen on a schedule. It looks different for everyone. Over time, I found real, practical tools that helped me work through my grief instead of just surviving it, and I turned what I learned into The Grief Cycle, a simple framework created to help others find that same relief. I'd love to share it with you. Start with a few free videos below, then, whenever you're ready, there's more.

If you're feeling:

  • Triggered by waves of painful emotion that surface when you least expect it
  • Overcome with hopelessness, as though the weight of grief will never lift
  • Anger over a life that was taken too soon
  • Overwhelmed or stuck, unable to move forward no matter how hard you try
  • An ache of missing your loved one that feels too much to bear
  • Or if years later, you're still carrying deep pain, with no end in sight

You're not alone. But there is hope, healing is possible, even when it feels impossible right now.

Or you may be grieving:

  • A divorce or relationship ending
  • A health diagnosis, yours or someone else's
  • A job loss, demotion, or unexpected career change
  • A major life shift, becoming a parent, an empty nest, retirement

Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place.

A few short videos to help you understand what you're feeling and what to do with it.

How to Get Things Done When You Don't Feel Like Doing Anything

If you can't focus, forget simple things, or feel like your brain just isn't working the way it used to, that's grief brain, and it's real. Learn ways to simplify everything so you can accomplish what matters most.

Mourning and Grieving Are Not the Same

If you feel like you should be feeling better by now, it might not be because something's wrong with you. It might be because you've been grieving, but haven't yet had the chance to mourn. Learn the difference, and why it matters.

The Healing Power of Lament

One lament can bring more relief than you'd expect, and yet most people don't know what it is or how to do it. Lamenting is one of the most overlooked tools for working through grief. This video will show you how and why you should do it.

Ready to Go Deeper?

The three free videos are just a starting point. When you're ready for more support, here are two ways to go further with The Grief Cycle framework.

Option 1: The Book

Finding Joy in The Grief Cycle is a guide for navigating grief, walking you step by step through mourning, lament, gratitude, and celebration, at your own pace.

It's intentionally short, because when you are grieving, a long book can feel like one more thing you don't have the bandwidth for.

You'll be surprised how much this little book can help.

Option 2: The Grief Cycle Companion Guide

The Companion is a free, weekly guide through The Grief Cycle. Each week, you'll receive an email with a link to a short video where I provide more background and detail on a chapter from Finding Joy in The Grief Cycle, along with questions to help you apply the framework to your situation and process your grief. The book teaches the framework. The companion helps you put it into practice.

You've been through a lot and you don't have to carry it alone.
