Carrying Hope Circle Program – Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into between You (“Participant” or “You”) and Becky Beck, LLC(“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling in the Carrying Hope Circle Program (“Program”) or accessing any associated content, services, or community features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract with the Company.

2. Program Access & Features

The Program may include video, audio, written lessons, worksheets, templates, coaching sessions, and community access.
Access to Program materials is granted for the duration described on the Program page. Some features may have specific time limits.
Access to community groups or coaching may be removed at the end of the Program period.
All content is provided for educational purposes only.

3. Payment

You agree to pay the fee or selected payment plan as displayed at checkout.
You may cancel at any time. Future payments will stop, but past payments are non-refundable.
Payment methods may include credit/debit cards or ACH. By providing payment, you authorize the Company to process payments automatically according to your selected plan.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for past payments.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants.
Do not share information from the Program or community outside the Program without explicit permission.
Program materials, templates, and proprietary methods are confidential and may not be shared or redistributed.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and compilations, is the property of the Company or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use Program content for personal or internal business purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or sell Program materials.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and liability for damages.

7. Disclaimers

The Program is educational only. It is not financial, legal, accounting, medical, or therapeutic advice.
The Company does not guarantee any specific results. Results depend on your effort, circumstances, and personal choices.
The Company is not responsible for actions or conduct of participants or accountability partners.

8. Behavior

You agree to participate respectfully in coaching sessions and community groups.
The Company may remove participants who violate Program rules, are disruptive, or fail to follow guidelines.

9. Third-Party Content

The Program may include content from guest experts.
The Company does not guarantee accuracy of third-party content.
By participating, you grant the Company a license to use your contributions or interactions as described in Program materials.

10. Independent Contractor Status

Participation in the Program does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
The Company provides educational materials only and is not a professional advisor.

11. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or other emergencies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the Program or use of Program materials.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation, use of Program content, or violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, UT.
You waive the right to class actions or class arbitration.

15. International Use

The Program is operated from the USA. Participants accessing it from other countries must comply with local laws.

16. Modifications

The Company may update or change these Terms at any time. The latest version applies automatically.

17. Termination

The Company may terminate access to the Program for violations of these Terms or Program rules.
Termination does not entitle participants to refunds for past payments.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated documents, represent the full agreement between you and the Company.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
